Lensbaby

In order to maintain the high quality image and value of Lensbaby branded product in the marketplace, Lensbaby, LLC has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and an accompanying MAP implementation and enforcement policy on select Lensbaby products. Refer to attached MAP price list.

Territory

Authorized territory is the United States. Selling outside of the authorized territory can result in the termination of your Authorized Dealer status.

MAP Guidelines

Advertising is any communication in any form of media to more than one individual that includes any reference promoting Lensbaby Products (such as name, photo, description, etc.). Any Lensbaby product information or pricing that is searchable by internet search sites or price comparison sites is considered advertising and must be in compliance with this MAP policy.

Resellers are responsible for ensuring that their pricing is at or above MAP on Internet search engines.

No language indicating "prices below MAP", "Call for the lower price", "prices too low to publish" or "click for lower price" may be used to entice the customer to the shopping cart.

The MAP may not be accompanied by a lower price for the featured product.

The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) must be displayed without any strike through or other concealment of the MAP.

Authorized Resellers must not sell or offer for auction any current Lensbaby Products via any Internet auction website.

This MAP policy only applies to advertised prices on products with a Minimum Advertised Price indicated on the Lensbaby products price list and does not relate to actual sales prices charged by any dealer for any Lensbaby product. Lensbaby does not seek and will not agree with any dealer with respect to the prices a dealer may charge its customers at any time.

Loss of Authorized Reseller Status

In the event Lensbaby determines that a reseller fails to meet the guidelines set forth in this policy, Lensbaby, at its sole discretion may terminate Authorized reseller status without warning.
